Workrise is thrilled to announce the hire of Randi Seran - a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience at both private and publicly-traded companies - as our next VP of People.
Randi knows what it takes to build best-in-class cultures, and has won multiple best places to work awards in the process. She has led high-volume recruitment efforts - including a push to fill 500+ positions over a two-year period - while simultaneously improving the efficiency of HR operations to enable scale.
At Workrise, Randi will oversee all functions of the people organization, from talent acquisition to compensation and benefits, culture, and employee engagement.

Prior to Workrise, Randi led Human Resources at three high-growth companies in the technology industry. Most recently she was the first VP of People at Republic, where she was responsible for creating and designing their HR strategy. She served as VP of Human Resources for the global e-commerce company ChannelAdvisor (now CommerceHub). Before ChannelAdvisor, Randi spent almost ten years at SciQuest (now Jaggaer), where she was integral to building the HR department infrastructure, and to the company’s transformation from privately held with 82 employees to publicly traded with over 550 employees.
Randi is an avid fitness and health advocate and lives in North Carolina with her husband and three children. She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Delaware.
